Eir does not sell insurance directly to private persons. We are the insurer behind a number of insurance distributors who market and sell cover in their own name.
If you have questions about your insurance or need support, contact your insurance distributor. Not sure who provides your cover? It is stated in your insurance policy.
If you are dissatisfied with a decision made regarding your insurance claim, you should first contact the person who handled your case and explain why you are not satisfied.
If you believe that the decision is incorrect based on the information already available in the case, you may request a reconsideration of the decision by the responsible claims manager.
