Wholly owned subsidiary of Eir Invest Holding AB

Eir Försäkring AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eir Invest Holding AB, Corp ID No 559166-0625, which is an insurance holding company with Eir as its only subsidiary. The two companies, together, comprise the Eir Group and have, essentially, joint management.

Here, you will find the annual reports for Eir Försäkring AB. You will also find reports on solvency and the financial position of the company, so-called SFCR (Solvency and Financial Condition Reports) reporting on the regulatory solvency capital requirements (SCR). SCR determines the capital level required in order that Eir can undertake its operations without regulatory intervention and is, therefore, the starting point when Eir’s capital requirement is to be considered.
